Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Product launches
  • Sales or promotions
  • Holidays
  • High order volume periods

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (if applicable)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Face Card Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Face Card Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • Holidays
  • Customs processing

Damaged Orders
