At Face Card Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and lip products, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, including:

  • Lip glosses
  • Lip oils
  • Lip scrubs
  • Lip masks
  • Cosmetic products

To be eligible for consideration, products must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Leaking
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Shipping Policy Disclaimer

Face Card Studio is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
